The cushions are padded with differentiated density polyurethane foam containing a percentage of bio-based polyols and recycled polyester fiberfill. The upholstery is in mohair velvet in red, blue, and green.
This limited edition of the 3 Fauteuil Grand Confort, grand modèle is presented in its “durable” version, developed using circular materials as a testament to Cassina’s commitment to a more sustainable approach. Recycled polyester fiber has been integrated into the padding of the seat and cushions, while the foam components are made from polyurethane with a percentage of bio-based polyols.
This research is part of a broader project reflecting the company’s ambition to identify alternative materials for the production of its products, through continuous and in-depth R&D work.
